Undergraduate Student, URAP Apprentice
A fourth-year undergraduate studying Physical Geography, Dean joined the Bryolab in fall 2018 under the mentorship of Jenna Ekwealor. He is interested in understanding biology-climate feedbacks, how environmental variables influence ecological development and how organisms respond to environmental change. In the Bryolab, he is currently applying spatial data techniques to understand how biodiversity patterns across landscapes illustrate the impact of abiotic environmental variables on evolution and community assemblage.
